U.S. Bancorp (USB) said Monday that it believed its vice chair and chief administration officer, Terrance Dolan, was on a plane that crashed in Minnesota on Saturday.

The company said that the plane crashed in Brooklyn Park, Minn., on Saturday, and was registered to a private company affiliated with Dolan, 63. Dolan was believed to be flying home to Minnesota from Florida, according to reports.

“At this time, the medical examiner’s office has not confirmed whether Mr. Dolan was on board, but we believe he was,” it said. “Our thoughts are with Mr. Dolan’s family and friends and all others a🎶ffected by Saturday’s tragic incident.”

KARE 11, the Twin Cities NBC affiliate, reported the plane crashed into a home on Saturday, and that an investigator from the National Transportation Safety Board said "the agency's preliminary information gives investigators reason to believe the person piloting the plane was solo."

Dolan became chief administration officer at U.S. Bancorp in 2023.
