Experience

Hanna Rubin worked as a copydesk and assistant editor at various magazines before serving as managing editor at Hachette Filipacchi Media for 11 years. Her move to MacFadden Performing Arts Media as deputy editorial director put her i🐎n charge of online and print publications, as well as a staff of seven.

During her time at MacFadden, Hanna earned her law degree, served as president of the West 104th Street Block Association, where she was responsible for raising $50,000 each year to support the area, and participated in a mediatioꦑn clinic through New York Law School. She spent two years as the special assistant/ attorney in the office of the New York City comptroller, and is currently the director of registrations for the New York State Attorney General’s charity bureau.
